So… about me.
Well I’m a database consultant who travels about the world fighting evil zombies and planting trees. Using my super powers of mind control and fire breathing, I protect the galaxy from the threat of overseas investment.
Oh ok… I don’t really.
I’m a database consultant who lives in Wellington (that’s the New Zealand one). I love to dib dab around with SQL Server and Oracle database technology and applications. I have ‘done my time’ as an Oracle developer, and hung out with Oracle and SQL database administrators… Infact I used to be in charge of a rabid pack of Oracle and SQL DBAs for a well known Australasian Outsourcing company… and I just about managed to escape with my arm and half of one leg.
So now I roll about Wellington, helping out anyone who wants me, to achieve what they need to achieve in the database space.
I do like to go the extra mile and my testiment comes from my customers.
I’m nearly 30, balding and like coffee as well as tea (so no, I’m not a teaist). I’m known to work straight through the day and then head home to my wonderful family to spend time with them.
Oh and one more interesting fact (or claim to fame): I once met Madge from Neighbours in the 90s UK. She looked exactly the same as she did in the show. It was scary. There’s a lot to be said about melamine and hairspray.
